Founder and CEO, Mr. Khaz’al is a prudent manager and an inspiring leader with a business mindset who see’s the “big picture” and guides the company’s development towards long term success. He’s responsible for the overall management of Dmetco and taking actions to enhance the company’s cash flow while keeping the human factor and quality in perspective.

Partner and COO of the company, she has the overall responsibility for managing and providing strategic leadership and oversight to the administrative departments. Mrs. Ayat also participates in the general management of the company in close support of the CEO.

An experienced doctor with an extensive experience in United Arab Emirates. Dr. Rashid develops, implements, and evaluates the medical practice delivery model, in accordance with the established goals of Dmetco. He is also in charge of medical staff supervision. Dr. Rashid obtained his M.B.Ch.B in Medicine and Surgery from Medical College of Basrah (University of Basrah), Iraq.
